Zettelkasten
A Zettelkasten knowledge management system implementing Niklas Luhmann's atomic note-taking methodology as an MCP server. Built with Python and SQLite, it provides tools for creating interconnected notes with semantic linking types (extends, refines, contradicts, supports, etc.), tag-based organization, and similarity search across a growing knowledge network. The implementation supports multiple note types (fleeting, literature, permanent, structure, hub) and includes features like bidirectional linking, orphaned note detection, and full-text search, making it valuable for researchers, writers, and knowledge workers who want to build emergent insights through connected atomic ideas rather than traditional hierarchical organization.
Composite of vulnerability cleanliness, spec conformance, provenance, stability, and usage signals — scanned and weighted by Cognium. Human and agent signals are tracked separately. Last scanned 2026-09-01.
