Naver Maps
Naver Maps MCP provides tools for interacting with Naver's mapping and local search services, enabling geocoding of addresses and searching for places in Korea. Built by Yunkee Lee, this implementation uses the FastMCP framework and supports both the Naver Maps API for geocoding and the Naver Search API for local information retrieval. The server handles authentication with both APIs through environment variables, manages rate limiting through exponential backoff, and formats responses using Pydantic models for type safety. It's particularly valuable for applications needing location-based services in Korea where Naver Maps provides more detailed and accurate local information than international mapping services.
