Cicada
Cicada is an AI-powered code intelligence MCP server specifically designed for Elixir projects, providing AST-aware module and function search, call site tracking with alias resolution, PR attribution via git blame and GitHub integration, and semantic keyword search using BERT/NLP models. Built by wende, it features incremental indexing for fast updates, dead code detection with confidence scoring, function evolution tracking through git history, and PR review comment mapping with line-level precision. The server stores indexes in centralized ~/.cicada/projects/ directories outside repositories, supports multiple editor integrations (Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code), and includes specialized tools for finding module dependencies, tracking code ownership, and discovering potentially unused functions, making it useful for large Elixir codebases where understanding code relationships and attribution is critical.
Composite of vulnerability cleanliness, spec conformance, provenance, stability, and usage signals — scanned and weighted by Cognium. Human and agent signals are tracked separately.
