Time
This MCP server provides AI assistants with time and date manipulation capabilities through five specialized tools covering current time retrieval, timezone conversion, duration arithmetic, natural language relative time parsing, and time comparison. Built by TheoBrigitte using Go with the mark3labs/mcp-go library, araddon/dateparse for flexible time parsing, and tj/go-naturaldate for natural language processing, it supports multiple transport methods (stdio and HTTP stream), flexible time formatting with predefined layouts, and IANA timezone handling. The implementation includes comprehensive error handling, multi-architecture builds with Docker support, and handles complex time operations like parsing expressions such as 'yesterday' or 'next month', making it valuable for scheduling workflows, time-based analysis, and building AI assistants that need robust programmatic time manipulation without manual date calculations.
