Desmos
Built by Xiaoyang Luo, this server provides mathematical visualization and analysis capabilities through integration with both the Desmos API and local SymPy rendering. It offers tools for validating mathematical formulas with user-friendly error explanations, plotting single or multiple functions with customizable ranges, and performing mathematical analysis including domain/range calculation and critical point detection. The server intelligently falls back from Desmos API to local matplotlib rendering when needed, saves plots to the desktop for persistence, and uses progress reporting for long-running operations, making it valuable for educational applications, mathematical research, and any use case requiring visual representation of mathematical concepts with detailed analytical insights.
