LSP Bridge

This VS Code extension bridges the Language Server Protocol with the Model Context Protocol, surfacing whatever language servers are already active in the editor as MCP tools. Nine tools are available: definition navigation, reference lookup, type definitions, hover information, document and workspace symbol search, diagnostics, completion suggestions, and implementation discovery. No configuration is needed — it hooks into VS Code's existing language server connections.
