CodeSandbox
A TypeScript-based MCP server that provides stateless access to CodeSandbox SDK operations, enabling AI agents to create, manage, and interact with CodeSandbox VMs through 13 tools for sandbox lifecycle management, file system operations, and session handling. Built by Bruno Amorim with a focus on stateless architecture, the implementation connects per-call using sandboxId+sessionId pairs without maintaining server-side state, supporting both read-only and write modes with configurable VM tiers, hibernation timeouts, and automatic wakeup settings. The server exposes operations for creating sandboxes from templates, resuming/hibernating VMs, reading/writing files, directory listing, and session management with Git integration, making it ideal for developers building AI-powered development environments, automated code generation workflows, or educational platforms that need programmatic access to cloud-based development sandboxes.
Composite of vulnerability cleanliness, spec conformance, provenance, stability, and usage signals — scanned and weighted by Cognium. Human and agent signals are tracked separately. Last scanned 2026-09-28.
