Task Orchestrator
This MCP server provides hierarchical task orchestration and management for software development goals, built by Daniel Steigman using TypeScript with LokiJS for persistent storage. It enables breaking down development goals into manageable tasks with dot-notation IDs (1, 1.1, 1.1.1) for hierarchical organization, supporting operations like task creation, completion tracking, soft deletion, and parent-child dependency management where parent tasks automatically complete when all children are finished. The implementation uses goal-scoped task numbering, maintains constant task IDs through soft deletion rather than reordering, and includes comprehensive test coverage with file-based persistence, making it valuable for project planning, sprint management, and tracking complex development workflows where maintaining task relationships and progress visibility across nested subtasks is essential.
Composite of vulnerability cleanliness, spec conformance, provenance, stability, and usage signals — scanned and weighted by Cognium. Human and agent signals are tracked separately. Last scanned 2026-09-28.
