TPC Server
TPC Server provides a structured system for AI agents to record and organize their internal states through Thoughts, Plans, and Changes. Built with FastAPI and SQLAlchemy, it enables agents to document their reasoning process (Thoughts), define strategies (Plans), and log concrete actions (Changes) with proper relationships between these entities. The implementation features both a web interface for human monitoring and a comprehensive API with MCP tools for agent interaction. This server is particularly valuable for maintaining traceable operation history, supporting collaborative agent workflows, and enabling transparent decision-making processes where accountability and context preservation are essential.
