DICOM PACS
Enables integration between medical imaging systems and language models through DICOM protocol support with Orthanc PACS servers. Provides tools for querying patients, studies, series, and instances; extracting text from encapsulated PDF reports; transferring imaging data between systems; and generating synthetic DICOM images for testing. Includes FHIR server connectivity for healthcare data exchange, mini-RIS database integration with MySQL for radiology information management, modality worklist management for imaging orders, and structured report generation with PDF attachment to imaging studies. Configured through YAML with support for multiple DICOM nodes, TLS encryption, and Docker-based deployment with Orthanc, HAPI FHIR, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. Designed for medical imaging research, radiology workflow automation, healthcare data integration, and development environments for imaging analysis applications.
