This Skills MCP Server brings Claude's Skills pattern to any MCP-compatible agent by providing a registry system for organizing and accessing specialized expertise packages. Built with TypeScript and featuring automatic skill discovery through file system scanning, it exposes tools for listing available skills and retrieving complete skill content including instructions, references, scripts, and assets. Skills are structured as directories containing SKILL.md files with YAML frontmatter for metadata, and the server handles validation, caching, and staleness detection to ensure fresh content delivery. Useful for creating modular AI assistance systems where different domains of expertise can be packaged as reusable skills and dynamically loaded based on user needs.
Composite of vulnerability cleanliness, spec conformance, provenance, stability, and usage signals — scanned and weighted by Cognium. Human and agent signals are tracked separately.
