Slack
The Slack MCP Server enables AI assistants to interact with Slack workspaces through a standardized interface. Built with TypeScript using the Model Context Protocol SDK, it provides tools for channel management, messaging, thread interactions, reaction handling, and user information retrieval. The implementation requires a Slack Bot Token with appropriate permissions and team ID for authentication. It supports both standalone CLI usage and integration into custom applications, making it valuable for AI assistants that need to participate in team communications, monitor conversations, or provide automated responses within Slack environments.
