Session Context
Session continuity and context recovery plugin for Claude Code that automatically tracks work progress through hooks and survives autocompact events. Captures file edits, todos, plans, and user decisions in rolling checkpoints, then generates rich continuation prompts when sessions are restored. Integrates with external tools like Beads issue tracking, Claude Harness testing framework, Claude-Mem observations, and Agent Mail notifications to provide comprehensive project context. Includes a fallback queue mechanism to handle sandbox restrictions and privacy filtering to exclude sensitive files from tracking.
