Zillow
Zillow MCP Server provides real-time access to Zillow real estate data through a standardized interface. Built by Rohit Singh using Python and FastMCP, it offers tools for property searches, detailed property information, Zestimates, market trends analysis, and mortgage calculations. The server implements robust error handling with automatic retries, supports both stdio and HTTP modes, and can be deployed as a Docker container to various cloud platforms. It requires a Zillow API key from Bridge Interactive and is particularly valuable for AI assistants that need to help users with real estate research, home buying decisions, and mortgage planning.
Composite of vulnerability cleanliness, spec conformance, provenance, stability, and usage signals — scanned and weighted by Cognium. Human and agent signals are tracked separately. Last scanned 2026-09-28.
