Medplum
The Medplum MCP Server provides AI assistants with direct access to FHIR healthcare data through Medplum's open-source healthcare platform. Built with TypeScript and comprehensive integration testing, it exposes tools for creating, reading, updating, and searching healthcare resources including patients, practitioners, organizations, encounters, observations, medications, conditions, and episodes of care.
