Reinfo provides access to Japan's national real estate price database maintained by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT). It retrieves transaction prices and contract prices filtered by prefecture, municipality, train station, time period, and other criteria. It also provides city and municipality listings within each prefecture to support geographic lookups.
