Put.io
putio-mcp-server provides a bridge to the put.io file hosting service, enabling AI assistants to manage file transfers through a simple interface. Developed by put.io, this Python implementation offers tools for listing active transfers, adding new transfers via URLs or magnet links, canceling existing transfers, and retrieving browser links for completed transfers. The server requires a put.io API token for authentication and is designed to be easily configured with Claude Desktop, making it particularly valuable for users who want to initiate and monitor downloads to their put.io account without switching contexts.
Composite of vulnerability cleanliness, spec conformance, provenance, stability, and usage signals — scanned and weighted by Cognium. Human and agent signals are tracked separately. Last scanned 2026-09-28.
