ProofSlip issues 24-hour ephemeral receipts that AI agents check before executing actions. When one agent completes a task — payment, approval, or handshake — it creates a proof receipt; downstream agents verify that receipt before proceeding, preventing duplicate actions, stale approvals, and unsafe retries. Receipts automatically expire after 24 hours, eliminating stale state in multi-agent pipelines.
