PokeAPI
Pokemon MCP server built by ChiragAgg5k that provides AI assistants with access to Pokemon data and battle simulation capabilities through the PokeAPI. The implementation offers two core tools: get_pokemon_info for retrieving detailed Pokemon statistics, abilities, types, and sprite images, and simulate_battle for conducting turn-based combat between two Pokemon using their actual stats and movesets. Built with Python using httpx for API calls and custom battle logic that calculates damage based on Pokemon stats, types, and move effectiveness, the server serves developers building Pokemon-themed applications, gaming enthusiasts wanting conversational access to Pokemon data, and AI assistants needing structured Pokemon information for trivia, team building, or educational content about the Pokemon universe.
