Platter enables browser-based and remote agents to interact with a computer through seven tools: file read with pagination and image detection, write with directory creation, edit with fuzzy matching, bash command execution, glob pattern matching, ripgrep content search, and JavaScript evaluation in a persistent Node.js context.
