ClinicalTrials.gov
Developed by the xiao-x-bao community (a nonprofit supporting cancer and rare disease patients), this server provides access to clinical trials data from ClinicalTrials.gov API v2. It enables searches by keywords, disease conditions, and geographic locations with intelligent defaults that focus on recruiting trials from the past 3 months. Built with Node.js using axios for HTTP requests and zod for validation, the server retrieves detailed trial information including study phases, eligibility criteria, locations, and contact details with automatic data cleaning. The implementation is useful for healthcare professionals researching treatment options, patients seeking clinical trial opportunities, and researchers analyzing clinical trial landscapes across different medical conditions and geographic regions.
