Grafana
Grafana MCP Server provides a bridge between AI assistants and Grafana monitoring dashboards, enabling access to visualization data through a standardized interface. Built with TypeScript, it exposes Grafana's core functionality including dashboards, folders, and datasources as both MCP tools and resources with consistent URI patterns. The server authenticates with Grafana using API keys and transforms JSON responses into structured content, making it valuable for monitoring workflows, data analysis, and troubleshooting infrastructure issues directly within AI conversations.
