Memory Graph
This memory server implementation provides persistent knowledge graph storage for AI assistants through entity-relationship modeling with observations. Built with TypeScript and Hono.js, it offers both standard MCP protocol support and HTTP streaming capabilities, storing data in a configurable JSON file format with JSONL serialization. The implementation includes comprehensive CRUD operations for entities, relations, and observations, plus search and filtering capabilities, making it suitable for AI applications requiring long-term memory persistence, knowledge base management, and contextual information retrieval across conversation sessions.
Composite of vulnerability cleanliness, spec conformance, provenance, stability, and usage signals — scanned and weighted by Cognium. Human and agent signals are tracked separately. Last scanned 2026-09-28.
