Garth (Garmin Connect)
Garth MCP Server provides integration with Garmin Connect, allowing AI assistants to access fitness and health data through the garth library. Developed by Matin Tamizi under MIT license, it offers tools for retrieving sleep statistics, daily stress data, and intensity minutes with customizable date ranges. The server handles authentication via a token environment variable and formats responses for easy consumption by AI assistants. This implementation is particularly valuable for users who want to analyze their Garmin fitness data or incorporate health metrics into conversations with AI assistants without manually retrieving the information from Garmin Connect.
