Joern
Joern MCP Server provides AI assistants with static code analysis capabilities using Joern's Code Property Graph (CPG) technology in isolated Docker environments. Built with Python and Docker integration, it supports loading projects from GitHub repositories or local paths, automatically detects programming languages (C/C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, Kotlin, Scala, C#), generates CPGs for deep code structure analysis, and executes Joern queries for security vulnerability detection, code quality assessment, and metrics calculation. The server includes comprehensive caching, resource management, and pre-built query templates for common security patterns like SQL injection and XSS vulnerabilities, making it valuable for automated code review workflows, security auditing, and building AI assistants that need to understand and analyze codebases at scale.
Composite of vulnerability cleanliness, spec conformance, provenance, stability, and usage signals — scanned and weighted by Cognium. Human and agent signals are tracked separately. Last scanned 2026-09-19.
