Sudo provides four tools for executing privileged shell commands on Linux workstations: storing sudo credentials with Fernet encryption, executing commands with elevated privileges, checking if credentials are cached, and clearing stored credentials. Encryption keys are derived from machine-specific identifiers, with the encrypted credential file stored at ~/.config/claude-sudo-mcp/credential.enc. Designed for single-user Linux workstations to allow AI agents to run privileged commands without repeated password prompts.
