GhidrAssist (Ghidra)
This MCP server provides AI assistants with comprehensive reverse engineering capabilities through direct integration with Ghidra's analysis framework, featuring 30+ specialized tools for binary analysis including function decompilation, disassembly, cross-reference analysis, symbol management, and program structure exploration. Built using Java with Ghidra's plugin architecture and the MCP SDK, it runs as an embedded HTTP server within Ghidra sessions and offers real-time access to loaded programs through natural language prompts, supporting operations like function renaming, comment insertion, variable manipulation, string extraction, and memory segment analysis. The implementation bridges the gap between AI-assisted analysis and professional reverse engineering workflows, making it valuable for malware analysis, vulnerability research, legacy code understanding, and building AI assistants that need programmatic access to binary analysis capabilities without manual Ghidra interaction.
Composite of vulnerability cleanliness, spec conformance, provenance, stability, and usage signals — scanned and weighted by Cognium. Human and agent signals are tracked separately. Last scanned 2026-09-28.
