Pokemon VGC Damage Calculator
This MCP server provides Pokemon VGC damage calculation capabilities through integration with the @smogon/calc library, enabling AI assistants to compute battle damage, KO chances, and detailed combat scenarios for competitive Pokemon play. Built using TypeScript with the MCP SDK and deployed on Vercel, it accepts comprehensive Pokemon data including stats, abilities, items, natures, EVs/IVs, status conditions, and battlefield modifiers like weather, terrain, and entry hazards, then returns precise damage ranges with descriptive battle text and knockout probabilities. The implementation supports both Singles and Doubles formats with full VGC ruleset compatibility, making it valuable for competitive Pokemon players analyzing team matchups, content creators explaining battle mechanics, and strategists optimizing Pokemon builds and movesets for tournament play.
