Instagram Direct Messages
Instagram DM MCP Server enables AI assistants to read and send Instagram direct messages through Claude Desktop. Built with Python using the FastMCP framework and instagrapi library, it provides tools to retrieve recent messages with comprehensive thread information and send new messages to Instagram users. The server authenticates using Instagram cookies (session ID, CSRF token, and user ID) which can be provided through environment variables, command-line arguments, or a configuration file.
