HeyOnCall
Provides phone notification capabilities for AI agents through HeyOnCall's hosted paging service, enabling agents like Claude Code and Cursor to alert users when tasks are completed or assistance is needed. Built by Mike Robbins to address the challenge of managing long-running agentic workflows without being chained to the desk, the server integrates with HeyOnCall's free iOS and Android apps to deliver critical or non-critical notifications that can bypass do-not-disturb settings. The implementation requires no local installation as it's hosted within HeyOnCall's API server, with each MCP instance scoped to a single trigger for security, making it valuable for developers who want to step away from their computers while agents work on extended programming tasks or side projects.
