Memoer (Persistent Memory Storage)
Memoer-MCP is a server implementation that provides memory storage capabilities for AI assistants. It allows agents to create and retrieve memories through a standardized interface, storing content in a SQLite database with Prisma ORM. The server features tools for creating memories associated with specific apps/agents and retrieving memories with filtering options by app name, category, and result limits. Developed by Ge Li under MIT license, it includes automatic database setup and migration handling, making it particularly valuable for AI assistants that need persistent memory across conversations without requiring complex external storage configuration.
Composite of vulnerability cleanliness, spec conformance, provenance, stability, and usage signals — scanned and weighted by Cognium. Human and agent signals are tracked separately. Last scanned 2026-09-28.
