TealMCP (Lua Code Execution)
TealMCP is a Lua-based server implementation written in Teal (a typed dialect of Lua) that provides sandboxed code execution environments with session management, package management via LuaRocks, and filesystem operations. Built with a dependency injection container architecture, it supports both stdio and HTTPS transport modes, features persistent session state with snapshot capabilities, and includes tools for evaluating Lua code, managing rock dependencies, and performing file operations within isolated session environments. The implementation emphasizes type safety through Teal's static typing system and provides a complete runtime environment for executing Lua code safely with configurable I/O permissions, making it useful for educational coding assistance, data analysis workflows, and prototyping Lua applications with proper isolation.
Composite of vulnerability cleanliness, spec conformance, provenance, stability, and usage signals — scanned and weighted by Cognium. Human and agent signals are tracked separately. Last scanned 2026-09-19.
