Flashduty
This MCP server provides incident management capabilities through the Flashduty API, enabling AI assistants to create, acknowledge, resolve, and manage incidents programmatically. Built by the Flashcat team using Go with comprehensive toolsets for members, teams, channels, and incidents, it offers 25+ specialized tools including incident creation with severity assignment, timeline and alert retrieval, responder management, incident merging and commenting, and custom field updates. The implementation features flexible authentication via APP keys, read-only mode support, Docker containerization with multi-platform builds, and robust error handling with structured API responses, making it valuable for automated incident response workflows, on-call management processes, and building AI assistants that need programmatic access to Flashduty's incident management platform without manual dashboard navigation.
