MLB Stats
A comprehensive MLB statistics MCP server built by Ethan Weisberg that provides access to baseball data through the MLB Stats API and pybaseball library, enabling retrieval of Statcast data, FanGraphs statistics, Baseball Reference records, and advanced analytics. The implementation includes tools for player lookups, team statistics, standings, schedules, prospect data, and specialized plotting functions that generate base64-encoded matplotlib visualizations including strike zone plots, spray charts, and batted ball profiles. Features a Next.js client application with OpenAI integration for AI-powered baseball analysis, making it useful for sports analytics, player performance evaluation, team comparisons, and generating data-driven insights about MLB players and teams.
