NestJS Customer Service Backend
This MCP server provides access to a customer service backend system built with NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Prisma, featuring a complete complaint management workflow alongside user and internal employee data management. The implementation exposes 25+ tools for fetching customer users, internal employees (with department/role filtering and CS agent availability), user activity logs with statistics, and detailed complaint operations including filtering by category/status/priority, ticket assignment to agents, JIRA integration, and escalation management. Built as part of a larger system that includes a Next.js frontend and integrates with n8n workflows, it's designed for customer service automation scenarios where assistants need to query user data, assign support tickets, track complaint resolution progress, and maintain audit trails across a multi-team support organization.
Composite of vulnerability cleanliness, spec conformance, provenance, stability, and usage signals — scanned and weighted by Cognium. Human and agent signals are tracked separately.
