GPT Image Generator
The GPT-Image-1 MCP server provides AI assistants with direct access to OpenAI's gpt-image-1 model for image generation and editing. Developed by CLOUDWERX, this TypeScript implementation exposes two primary tools: create_image for generating new images from text prompts, and create_image_edit for modifying existing images. The server handles all OpenAI API interactions, supports file paths or base64 encoded images as inputs, saves generated images to a configurable output directory, and provides detailed responses with token usage statistics. It's particularly valuable for users who need to generate or edit images without leaving their AI assistant conversation context, making it ideal for creative workflows, design iterations, and visual content creation.
