Cloud Foundry Hoover

cf-butler has a one-to-one relationship with a Cloud Foundry foundation. cf-hoover acts as a registry and aggregator. It queries for and aggregates cf-butler instances' data. So cf-kaizen is the home for two MCP server implementations. Consumers have a choice to configure either multiple butler client configs targeting individual cf-butler instances. Or you configure a hoover client config targeting a cf-hoover instance.
