This MCP server provides a local control plane for Codex CLI that transforms loose agent tasks into auditable loops. It maintains execution contracts, persistent project knowledge including research and lessons learned, verification evidence, evaluation case libraries, and harness optimization records. Written entirely in JavaScript using Node.js built-in modules.
