IGDB
An MCP server providing access to the IGDB (Internet Game Database) API for comprehensive video game information retrieval. Built by bielacki using FastMCP and httpx, it enables querying game details, release dates, platforms, genres, ratings, and other gaming metadata through IGDB's extensive database. The implementation handles API authentication and provides structured access to gaming data, making it useful for building gaming applications, research projects analyzing the video game industry, content creation workflows involving game information, and AI assistants that need to answer questions about video games and gaming history.
Composite of vulnerability cleanliness, spec conformance, provenance, stability, and usage signals — scanned and weighted by Cognium. Human and agent signals are tracked separately. Last scanned 2026-09-28.
