## Description

Real-time product catalog and inventory across multi-tenant e-commerce stores via MCP. AI agents can call:

- `check_stock(sku)` — live inventory + price + same-day shipping availability
- `get_product_details(sku)` — full catalog metadata (title, description, image, tags)
- `get_price(sku)` — current price in USD

Each merchant signs up at [agenticshelf.ai/console](https://www.agenticshelf.ai/console), OAuth-connects their Shopify store, and the MCP endpoint surfaces their live catalog scoped by Firebase token. WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Magento backends on the roadmap.

**Auth model:** anonymous `tools/list` for discovery; per-tenant Firebase Bearer token required to actually query a specific merchant's inventory.

**Roadmap:** agent-initiated checkout via Stripe Agentic Commerce Protocol (ACP), `create_checkout(sku, qty)` tool, and per-merchant write_orders scope. Tracked at agenticshelf.ai/roadmap.
