> mcp-ebi-ols — pipeworx-io-mcp-ebi-ols. Use this tool when you need to access and query a wide range of biomedical ontologies to standardize and integrate data. The EBI Ontology Lookup Service (OLS) provides a single interface to search, browse, and retrieve terms from over 250 ontologies, solving problems of data inconsistency and enabling seamless integration. It accepts ontology identifiers, terms, and keywords as inputs and returns corresponding ontology terms, definitions, and annotations as outputs.
