# mcp-multiplexer

> mcp-multiplexer — johgirard-mcp-multiplexer. Use this tool when you need to manage multiple MCP servers with a single interface, solving governance and authentication challenges through OAuth 2.1 brokering and lazy schema discovery. It takes in MCP client requests and outputs governed access to multiple servers, with inputs including context-tokens and outputs including allowed or denied access. Use it in contexts where centralized management of MCP servers is necessary, such as in development environments with Claude Code, Cursor, or Zed.
