Indexes Claude Code conversation transcripts from ~/.claude/projects/ and provides hybrid BM25 + TF-IDF search with Reciprocal Rank Fusion for finding past conversations, solutions, and patterns. Automatically extracts knowledge entries (decisions, solutions, error-fix sequences) when sessions end, and supports proactive context injection at session start via a hook. Features incremental indexing with file watching, filter syntax for project/date/tool queries, session summarization, recency boosting, and cloud sync capabilities for cross-machine access.
