Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible client to your [ZenRent](https://zenrent.co.uk) account to manage rental properties, tenants, finances, and compliance through natural conversation.

### What it does

- **Properties** — list and inspect your portfolio, units, addresses, and occupancy
- **Residents** — view tenants, leases, contact info, and payment history
- **Issues** — triage maintenance issues and work orders
- **Financials** — query transactions and generate income/expense reports
- **Dashboard** — get at-a-glance portfolio metrics (rent due, open issues, occupancy)

### How it works

- **Hosted** — no install required. Point your client at `https://app.zenrent.co.uk/api/mcp`
- **OAuth 2.1 + PKCE** — one-click sign-in for Claude and ChatGPT, with per-client consent
- **Granular permissions** — toggle read/write per section (properties, residents, financials...) from ZenRent Settings → MCP. Enforced server-side on every call
- **Active session management** — see and revoke any connected AI client at any time
