## Description

Agent Payment enables AI agents to call any HTTP API using USDC micropayments billed per call, without holding raw wallet keys. A kill switch and configurable spend caps prevent runaway charges, and Demo Mode provides free access to test endpoints such as Wikipedia, foreign exchange rates, and httpbin. Agents receive short-lived JWT tokens scoped to specific services, with idempotency protection against duplicate charges.
