> research-agent — epicsagas-research-agent. Use this tool when you need to efficiently manage and search through large volumes of research papers, such as those from arXiv, S2, or PDF sources, to identify coverage gaps and generate survey reports. It takes in research papers and outputs indexed data in SQLite, as well as survey reports, through a Rust CLI or 18-tool MCP server interface. Ideal for use cases requiring automated literature reviews or research gap analysis, especially when integrated with git for version control.
