# Claude Remind

> Use this tool when you need to retrieve past solutions or conversations from Claude Code sessions, or when you want to quickly resume prior work. It solves problems of lost context, forgotten solutions, and redundant work by providing a searchable index of past sessions. The tool takes in search queries and session history as inputs and outputs relevant messages, summaries, and resume commands.

## Description

Claude Remind is an MCP server that indexes Claude Code session history stored locally under ~/.claude/projects/ and enables retrieval of past solutions via BM25 search. It provides tools to search past conversations, retrieve specific messages with context, get session summaries, and generate resume commands for continuing prior work. Secrets are redacted before indexing. The server is available as an npx-installable npm package.
