# Xava Labs MCP Template

> Use this tool when you need to establish real-time communication between servers and clients, or enable server-to-client streaming in Cloudflare Workers. The Xava Labs MCP Template solves problems of delayed data updates and unidirectional communication by providing a bootstrapped Model Context Protocol (MCP) server with WebSocket and SSE support. It takes in custom application code and configuration as input, and outputs a fully functional MCP server with real-time bidirectional communication capabilities.
