# aeron-cache

> Use this tool when you need to implement a fast and scalable key-value store with a simple interface, to solve problems such as caching, data storage, and retrieval in distributed systems. It accepts JSON payloads via HTTP, WS, and SSE APIs and provides outputs in the same format, with optional UI, CLI, and embeddable libraries for polyglot integration. Use aeron-cache in contexts where high-performance, clustered, or single-node caching is required, such as in Kubernetes deployments.
