# acuris-agent-guard

> Use this tool when you need to verify the legitimacy of storefront merchants before making payments, to prevent fraud and ensure secure transactions. The acuris-agent-guard tool checks if a merchant is a real legal entity bound to the domain, and returns a decision to PROCEED, ABORT, or REVIEW the payment. It takes merchant information as input and outputs a decision to guide AI agents in their payment processing.
